Overview
Organizations are a powerful way to classify and group data in Kantata OX and keep sensitive information safe from unauthorized users. Projects without organizations may be visible to the wrong people, can be inadvertently excluded from Insights and Analytics reports and dashboards, and may impact other important downstream business processes. This recipe automatically sends a notification email to specified users whenever a project is created without an organization.
After Importing the Recipe

In the Projects section on the left-hand section of
the
home page, select the Catalog Imports project.
Note: If you moved a recipe to a different project, select that project instead.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Select the Project Properties subtab.

Select the Edit
catalog_project_missing_organization_email_recipients
project property.

- Enter a comma-separated list of email addresses as the Value.
- Select the Save icon.
Once you finish configuring the project properties, you can select Start recipe from the Assets list or Recipe Details page to allow the recipe to activate when a trigger event occurs.
