This article provides troubleshooting guidance for common issues that may occur when utilizing Kantata Connect. Additionally, it’s recommended to utilize the data found on the Activity page or a recipe’s Jobs tab to view your recipe data and identify any issues that may require troubleshooting.

Common Troubleshooting Scenarios

Unable to access Kantata Connect
|
1. If you are manually typing Kantata Connect’s URL into your browser (www.kantataconnect.com), please ensure www is included in the URL. 2. Turn off incognito mode in your browser when accessing Kantata Connect. |
Cannot access all of Kantata Connect’s assets | Third-party cookies must be enabled in your browser’s settings to access all of Kantata Connect’s assets. |
Connection is invalid |
1. Confirm that the connected application’s login credentials are correct and up-to-date. 2. Confirm that the API key or other information required for the connection is included. |
Cannot access connection details | Confirm with your Account Administrator that you have the right permission level required to modify a connection. |
Recipe setup issue |
1. Required recipe fields may be missing an input. 2. Formatting error in a recipe while utilizing formula mode. (e.g. a misspelled object name) |
Recipe timeout issue |
1. The connected application is taking too long to respond. 2. The recipe job is taking longer than expected to complete. 3. A recipe step is taking too long to process. |
