Overview
Scheduled hours are the number of hours a resource is scheduled to spend on a task within a project. When tasks are completed ahead of time, the remaining scheduled hours must be removed for accurate resource availability information and to avoid impacting reports. This recipe—triggered when a task is marked as complete—automatically removes future scheduled hours for a completed task, helping keep resourcing data up-to-date and accurate.
After Importing the Recipe
This recipe does not require you to configure any project properties.
After importing, you can select Start recipe from the Assets list or Recipe Details page to allow the recipe to activate when a trigger event occurs.
