Overview
Task due dates often indicate when important activities or deliverables are due. When a task’s due date is beyond the project due date, it could be a simple error or may indicate that the schedule is at risk. This recipe sends an email notification to users you specify whenever a task is updated with a due date that is beyond the project’s due date—helping you keep the schedule aligned and manage risks.

In the Projects section on the left-hand section of
the
home page, select the Catalog Imports project.
Note: If you moved a recipe to a different project, select that project instead.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Select the Project Properties subtab.

Select the Edit
catalog_users_to_notify_when_task_due_date_exceeds_project_due_date
project property.

- Enter a comma-separated list of email addresses as the Value.
- Select the Save icon.
Once you finish configuring the project properties, you can select Start recipe from the Assets list or Recipe Details page to allow the recipe to activate when a trigger event occurs.
