Overview
The Task Tracker has a variety of available columns that you can configure to create views that fit your project and team’s criteria. After you configure the columns, you can then save that view as a Shared View that all account members can access or as a member-specific Saved View that you can apply whenever you visit the Task Tracker.
To learn how to create legacy Task Tracker views, see the Creating Legacy Views in the Task Tracker article.

Estimated Fees—View the total estimated fees for a billable task—calculated by the resource estimated hours on the task and the associated bill rates of assignees—from this column.
NOTE
The following may affect the estimated fees of a task:
- Whether the task is billable or non-billable: If the task is non-billable, estimated fees are always 0. Changing resource estimated hours (from either the Task Tracker column or in the Scheduling section of the Task Details side panel) will not change the estimated fees.
- The rate card version and the task start date: When the project's rate card (set in Project Settings) has multiple versions, the task start date and rate card effective date are used to choose which bill rates are used to calculate estimated fees.
- Alternatively: The rate card version and the project start date: If the task does not have a start date, the project start date (set in Project Settings) is used to choose which bill rates are used to calculate estimated fees.
- Alternatively: The rate card version and the current date: If both the task and the project do not have a start date, the current date is used to choose which bill rates are used to calculate estimated fees.
- Task ID—View the Task ID—the number automatically assigned to the task—from this column. This can also be found in the Task Details side panel.
- To Dos—View the total number of To Dos that are associated to the task.
Note: Only users with the View Financials project permission or above can view the following columns: Budget, Task Est. Hours, Actual Fees, Invoiced, Fixed Fee, Billable, and Resource Estimated Hours. To change the values in these columns, Edit Financials project permission or above is required.
