Recipe Catalog - Projects: Invite Users to New Projects

This recipe automatically invites users you specify to all new projects, eliminating the need to manually invite them to each new project.

Overview

Your organization may invite certain people or groups to every new project. This can be a tedious and easily forgotten task. This recipe automatically invites users you specify to all new projects, eliminating the need to manually invite them to each new project.

After Importing the Recipe

1. In the Projects section on the left-hand section of the home page, select the Catalog Imports project.
   Note: If you moved a recipe to a different project, select that project instead.
2. Select the Settings tab.
3. Select the Project Properties subtab.
4. Select the Edit (“   ”) icon for the catalog_project_invitation_email project property.
5. Enter a comma-separated list of email addresses as the Value.
6. Select the Save (“   ”) icon.

Once you finish configuring the project properties, you can select Start recipe from the Assets list or Recipe Details page to allow the recipe to activate when a trigger event occurs.
