Overview
Workweek information affects utilization reports in dynamic Insights, classic Insights, and Analytics. When users are added or deactivated, it’s essential that their workweeks in Kantata accurately reflect their hire or end date. This recipe—triggered by updates to custom fields you specify, which contain user start dates and end dates—removes a user’s workweeks before their start date and after their end date, ensuring the accuracy of data in utilization reports.
After Importing the Recipe

In the Projects section on the left-hand section of
the
home page, select the Catalog Imports project.
Note: If you moved a recipe to a different project, select that project instead.
- Select the Settings tab.
- Select the Project Properties subtab.

Select the Edit

- Select the Save icon.

Select the Edit

project property.

- Select the Save icon.
Once you finish configuring the project properties, you can select Start recipe from the Assets list or Recipe Details page to allow the recipe to activate when a trigger event occurs.
