Overview
Available out-of-the-box as a standard reporting dashboard, this dynamic dashboard shows hours and timesheet approval statuses by user and by project, letting you easily identify who has and hasn’t filled out or submitted their timesheets.
This dashboard is intended for project managers and team leads.
The following sections appear in this dashboard:
- Timesheets KPIs
- Time Audit by User
Timesheets KPIs
The Timesheets KPIs section includes the following key metrics for timesheets:
- Unlogged Hours %—The percentage of remaining hours left to be entered within the selected date range (Workday Hours - All Hours logged).
- Hours Actual—The number of hours that have been logged based on the time entries that have been submitted.
- Users with Incomplete Timesheets—The number of users that fit the filtered criteria who have entered less time than their workweek hours.
- Users with Missing Timesheets—The number of users that fit the filtered criteria who have not submitted any time entries within the selected date range.
Time Audit by User
The Time Audit by User section includes two tables with time information for all users that fit the filtered criteria. The first table allows you to compare the number of hours entered compared to the number of workday hours assigned to each user. You can also see the number of hours in each part of the approval process based on the approval status.
In the Time Approvals: By Project table, you can see further information on time approvals for all projects that have had time entered in the selected date range by users that meet the filtered criteria.
