Overview

Available out-of-the-box as a standard reporting dashboard, this dynamic dashboard gives you an added level of detail of project health, allowing you to dig into actuals vs. estimates, progress, and hours burn summarized by the top-level tasks within each project.

This dashboard is intended for project managers and project participants.

Task Summary Data

The Task Summary Data section shows how many projects fit your filter criteria and includes additional metrics, such as the number of resource estimated hours burned across projects, how many project tasks are past due, and the number of tasks that have specific task statuses across projects.

Hours Breakdown by Top Level Task

The Hours Breakdown by Top Level Task section includes a detailed breakdown of percentage complete and time spent on tasks—with numbers on subtasks rolling up to the top level tasks in each project.
