Overview
Available out-of-the-box as a standard reporting dashboard, this dynamic dashboard leverages scheduled hours on tasks to give you visibility into availability by role and user. This dashboard is intended for resource and traffic managers.

Key Metrics
The Key Metrics section includes the following key metrics for scheduled hours:
- Hours Scheduled—The total number of scheduled hours for all resources that fit the filtered criteria.
- Utilization Scheduled—The utilization percentage for all resources that fit the filtered criteria based on workweeks, scheduled hours, and any time off (Hours Scheduled (Net Scheduled PTO) ÷ Workday Hours: Net Scheduled [PTO]).
- FTE Scheduled—Based on the default workweek hours and the scheduled hours assignments in the selected time period for resources that fit the filtered criteria, this is the number of Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) resources needed to fill the remaining workweek hours (Scheduled Hours / Default Workday Hours). For example, 5 FTE Scheduled with a default workweek of 40 hours would equal 200 remaining scheduled hours to assign.
- Availability: Scheduled %—The percentage of available time for all resources that fit the filtered criteria based on workweek hours and any scheduled hours assigned within the selected date range ((Workday Hours - Scheduled Hours) ÷ Workday Hours).
Scheduled Hours by Role in FTE
The FTE section includes a breakdown of FTE Scheduled by role (Scheduled Hours / Default User Workday). You can also see a further breakdown on the right that shows FTE Scheduled compared to hours scheduled for both named and unnamed resources in a particular role.
You can select a specific week on the line chart to see a daily breakdown of FTE Scheduled by role.
Availability by User
The Availability by User section includes all users that have an active workweek within the selected date range. Within the table, you can see each user’s availability percentage and the number of remaining hours that can be assigned as scheduled hours.
Scheduled Hours Detail
The Scheduled Hours Detail section includes hours and availability information for all users—broken down by role—that have scheduled hours assignments during the selected date range.
