Overview
This access group set allows you to control how users can interact with account settings for account roles, rate cards, and groups.
Rate Cards
In this section, you can select specific permissions that control what members can do with rate cards.
Rate Cards
If checked, members can complete the following actions for rate cards:
- Create rate cards
- View rate cards—Allow users to see all rate cards in Settings > Rate Cards.
- Edit rate cards—Allow users to edit all rate cards in Settings > Rate Cards.
- Select rate cards—Allow users to see and edit the rate card of a project in the Financials section of Project Settings. All rate cards are available to select.
- Delete rate cards—Allow users to delete any inactive rate cards in Settings > Rate Cards.
Rate Cards for Groups
If checked, members can complete the following rate card actions for groups:
- Select rate cards for their groups—Allow users to see and edit the rate card of a project in the Financials section of Project Settings. Only the rate cards for their groups are available to select.
- View rate cards for their groups—Allow users to see rate cards for their groups in Settings > Rate Cards.
- Edit rate cards for their groups—Allow users to edit rate cards for their groups in Settings > Rate Cards.
- Delete rate cards for their groups—Allow users to delete inactive rate cards for their groups in Settings > Rate Cards.
Roles
In this section, you can select specific permissions that control whether members can manage account roles.
If Manage Roles is checked, members can view, create, edit, export, and delete account roles.
Task Status Sets
In this section, you can select specific permissions that control what members can do with Task Status Sets.
Task Status Sets
If checked, members can complete the following actions:
- Edit task status sets
- View task status sets
- Delete task status sets
Task Status Sets for Projects
If checked, members can complete the following task status set actions for projects:
- Select task status sets for their projects—Members can determine which task status set—which contains both default and custom task statuses—is used in a project via the Create a New Project, Project Settings, or Project List pages.
