Access Group Set: AI Assistants

This access group set allows you to control which non-Account-Administrator users can use AI Assistant features. Users must also be a Project Administrator in the project to use certain AI Assistant features. 

AI Assistants

• Interact with the Project Assistant—If checked, non-Account-Administrator members of this group can use the Project Assistant in projects where they are a Project Administrator.
• Interact with the Resourcing Assistant—If checked, members of this group can use the Resourcing Assistant in Resource Center. Members must also have permission to access Resource Center via the Resource Management Access Group set. Members do not need to be Project Administrators.
• Interact with the Status Report Assistant—If checked, non-Account-Administrator members of this group can use the Project Status Report Assistant in projects where they are a Project Administrator.
