Access Group Set: AI Agents – Kantata Knowledge Base

Note: This access group set is only available when Kantata AI is activated on the account.

This access group set allows you to control which non-Account-Administrator users can use AI Agents.

Interact with the Project Agent—If checked, non-Account-Administrator members of this group can use the Project Agent.
Interact with the Resourcing Agent—If checked, members of this group can use the Resourcing Agent in Resource Center. Members must also have permission to access Resource Center via the Resource Management Access Group set.
Interact with the Status Report Agent—If checked, non-Account-Administrator members of this group can use the Project Status Report Agent.

Note: Only the permissions for activated AI features are visible.
