Overview
When Project Colors are activated in Kantata OX’s General Settings, you can assign a color to each project and then have the colors automatically transferred to your projects in Salesforce. This helps your team get a more robust view of your projects and allows them to update the color from both Kantata OX and Salesforce.
When project color data is transferred from your Kantata OX account to Salesforce, a unique, numeric ID is generated for each color, replacing the original color name. For example, if the Kantata project color Blue is transferred over, the color label’s numeric ID is displayed in place of Blue. Because these IDs are unique to each account, you will need to activate each color in Salesforce and then edit its label so the Connector reflects the color name. This is a one-time process and will not need to be repeated once each color is activated and renamed.
