Available In: Salesforce Connector
Kantata User Permission: Account Administrator
Overview
In this article, you'll learn how to activate the integration between Salesforce and Kantata OX.
If desired, you can create a free Salesforce Developer or full Sandbox account to test the integration. Please note that these accounts may not include all the integration features available in an Enterprise account. Additionally, depending on your Sandbox account type, you may need to manually copy integration-specific configurations over from your production account. For assistance with creating a Salesforce account, please contact the Salesforce support team.
