In Expertise Insights, Kantata data is separated into several datasets. When creating an analysis, you select the dataset to use and only the fields in that dataset are available to choose from. This makes it easy to identify and select relevant data for visuals and also makes generative BI features more accurate.
The following standard datasets are available:

Kantata - Finance/Projects
Contains data allowing you to create visuals and analyses that reflect the entire financial picture of your business.
Includes data related to projects, invoices, tasks, users, and revenue management.
Used in the Finance and Delivery standard dashboards.
Kantata - Project Health
Contains data allowing you to create visuals and analyses that help you monitor project health via health reports.
Includes data related to basic project information and project health reports.
Used in the Project Health sheet in the Delivery standard dashboard.
Kantata - Resourcing
Contains data allowing you to create visuals and analyses that help you staff projects, identify overutilized and underutilized resources, resolve resource conflicts, and more.
Includes data related to allocations, holidays, time off, projects, users, and resources.
Used for the Resourcing and Resourcing (Scheduled) standard dashboards.
Kantata - Time
Contains data allowing you to create visuals and analyses that help you ensure time tracking hygiene, identify time trends, spot capacity gaps, and more.
Includes data related to time entries, allocations, scheduled hours, projects, tasks, users, and roles.
Used in the Time standard dashboard.
Kantata - Time Compliance
Contains data allowing you to create visuals and analyses that help you ensure on-time timesheet submissions and approvals.
Includes data related to time entries, workweeks, and users.
Used in the Time Compliance and Utilization sheets in the Time standard dashboard.
