How to Add a User to Smart Upload Manager
Note: You can only add active Kantata OX account members to the Smart Upload Manager. If this is your first login after being provisioned, you will need to log in with the primary user, which is the user identified on the provisioning request form submitted by Customer Success. If you do not know who the primary user is for your account, please reach out to Customer Success.
- In the Smart Upload Manager, click your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen and then select Account Settings.
- On the Account Settings page, click Provision User. The Provision New User page opens.
- Type the name of the user you want to provision in the Kantata User drop-down menu.
Note: You must type a minimum of three characters before the search will return any results.
- Select the desired user from the list of results that appears.
- Click Provision User. The user is added to your account and you're redirected to the Account Settings page.
How to Remove a User from Smart Upload Manager
- In the Smart Upload Manager, click your profile picture in the top-right corner of the screen and then select Account Settings.
- On the Account Settings page, select the user whose access you want to remove from the user table. The Edit User page opens.
- Select Disable User. The user's access is removed and you're redirected to the Account Settings page.
