Smart Upload Manager Info Tiles

Overview

Info Tiles are a dynamic way of displaying blueprint information in the Smart Upload Manager, making key metrics and data points more visible than ever. Tiles automatically update as your blueprint updates, providing you with a quick snapshot on how the blueprint is progressing at every stage of the importing process.

To access Tiles for a specific blueprint in the Smart Upload Manager, select the blueprint in the left navigation under the Recent Blueprints section.   

Tiles

There are nine tiles that display and update various blueprint information, which include the following:

• Status
• Next Step
• Data Sets
• Last Updated
• Creator
• Created At
• Percent Complete
• Validation Started At
• Processing Started At

Status

The Status tile displays the current phase of the blueprint. The status is determined by the combined states of each data set and is set at the least progressed data set stage. 

There are seven possible statuses for this tile:

• Created—The blueprint has been created. 
• Validating—The blueprint is currently being validated.
• Validated—The blueprint has been validated without errors and is ready to process. 
• Validated with Errors—The blueprint has completed the validation with errors. These errors must be corrected and the blueprint revalidated before it can be processed. 
• Processing—The blueprint is currently importing data into Kantata OX.
• Processed—The blueprint has completed importing data into Kantata OX without errors.
• Processed with Errors—The blueprint has completed importing data into Kantata OX but at least one error occurred during the importing process.

Next Step

The Next Step tile displays the next step required to move the blueprint forward in the importing process. 

There are nine possible statuses for this tile:

• Upload CSVs—One or more data sets are missing their CSV file and require CSV uploading. 
• Validate Blueprint—All the data sets CSVs have uploaded and the blueprint can be validated.
• Validation in Progress—The blueprint is currently validating data. No action is required. 
• Review Validation Errors—The validation has completed with errors. Review and correct the errors and then revalidate the blueprint. 
• Begin Processing—The validation has completed without errors. The blueprint is ready for processing.
• Processing in Progress—The blueprint is currently processing the data.
• Review Processing Errors—The processing is complete with errors. Review the errors and re-upload in a new blueprint to import the errored data. 
• Blueprint Complete—The blueprint has completed without errors.
• Blueprint Canceled—The blueprint has been canceled and all processes have stopped. 

Data Sets

The Data Sets tile displays the number of data sets for the blueprint. 

Last Updated

The Last Updated tile displays the date and time of when the blueprint was most recently updated. 
There are three possible activities that trigger updates to display:

• Changing the status
• Uploading CSVs
• Canceling the blueprint

Creator

The Creator tile displays the user who created the blueprint. While other users can edit the blueprint, this tile will only show the creator. 

Created At

The Created At tile displays the date and time that the blueprint was created. This displayed data will not change if more data sets are added to the blueprint. 

Percent Complete

The Percent Complete tile displays a percentage of the blueprint's validation/processing progression.

Validation Started At

The Validation Started At tile displays the date and time of when the blueprint validation began. 

Processing Started At

The Processing Started At tile displays the date and time of when the blueprint processing began.
