Overview
You can sign in to Kantata OX by navigating to the Login page and entering your Email Address and the Password that you set up when you were invited to your Kantata OX account. If your company uses single sign-on (SSO) for Kantata OX, you will instead select an option where it says Or sign in with a 3rd-party service.

. If that is the case, you can find out what your unique URL is by referencing the Welcome email that you receive when you are invited to the Kantata OX account.How to Create Your Password
In your email inbox, locate the welcome email you were sent when you were invited to your Kantata OX account. Within 60 days of receiving this account invitation, you can click Accept Invite. Doing so will direct you to a screen where you can enter the password you would like to use when logging in to your account.
How to Resolve Login Errors
Select an option below to see how you can resolve the login error you are experiencing:
Login is not enabled for this user
This message appears when a user does not have Can Login permissions. An Account Administrator can verify in the Account Member settings whether a user can log in by exporting account member information. To update a user’s login settings, contact support.
Sorry, either your email address or password is incorrect
This message appears when the email address and/or password do not match the expected login credentials. Verify with your Account Administrator that the email address in Kantata OX is correct. If it is correct, your password does not match what has been set up for your account. Try resetting your password to resolve the login issue.
Access blocked: Authorization Error
This message appears when there are issues with SSO setup. Verify with your Account Administrator that your user information is correct and that there are no issues with the SSO setup.
This user account is not active
This message appears when your user account in Kantata has been deactivated. Contact your Account Administrator to reactivate your account in the Account Member settings.
How to Reset Your Password from the Login Page
- Navigate to the Login page.

Below the Log In button, select the
Forgot your password? Link. You are directed to a password
reset screen.

Enter the Email Address associated with your Kantata
OX account, then select Send Reset Link. You are directed
to a new page and the password reset email is sent to the provided email
address.
Note: If you do not receive the password reset email, confirm that the email is not in your Spam or Junk Email folders, then contact your Account Administrator to verify that your account is set up correctly in member settings. Once confirmed that you should be able to log in, contact our Support team for assistance.
In your email inbox, locate the Reset Your Password email
and click on the password reset URL provided in the email. You are directed
to a Reset Your Password page. -
Enter a password in the New Password and
Confirm Password fields, then select
Change Password. Your new password is set and you are
automatically logged in to Kantata OX.
How to Change Your Password When Logged In

In Kantata OX, select your profile picture in the top-right corner of
the App Bar to open the User settings
drop-down menu.
- Select Password & Authorizations to open the Password & Authorizations page.

In the Change Your Password section, select
Send a password reset email. You are directed to a new
page and the password reset email is sent to the email address associated
with your Kantata OX account.

In your email inbox, locate the Reset Your Password
email and click on the password reset URL provided in the email. You
are directed to a Reset Your Password page.

Enter a password in the New Password and
Confirm Password fields, then select
Change Password. Your new password is set.
