To get started, simply visit the Kantata OX website and sign in using your email address and password.
Once you log in, you can access the collapsible left navigation bar to explore the features available in Kantata OX. Your general account settings can be found in the Settings section of the left navigation, while your Profile information is accessed by clicking on your profile picture located at the top-right corner of the header.
If you need assistance, our 24/7 in-app support is always available. You can access it by selecting Contact Support from the Support (“ ”) drop-down button in the main app bar.
Building Your Team with Kantata
In Kantata OX, the team members you add to your account are the “seats” you purchased when signing up with your Sales Account Executive. If you need to add more seats, simply reach out to your Sales Account Executive or email Support.
Once you have added new team members, we recommend having each one complete their Profile information before working with consultants, clients, and contractors. This allows clients to get to know your team members better and put faces to names.
