Overview
The project Task Tracker allows you to create and share a customized view of filters, sort options, and custom columns that mirror the default views available in the legacy Task Tracker. You can save each customizable view for future use and easily switch between each one without having to re-apply the same filters.

Create a Task Information View
- On the right side of the Task Tracker, select the Configure Columns icon .
- In the Configure Columns modal, reconfigure the columns to the following order: Type, Title (required), Tags, Assignees, Status, Start, and Due.
- Click Apply. The Configure Columns modal closes.
- On the left side of the screen, click the Views drop-down menu, and select Save View As.
- In the Save New View window, enter a name in the View Name field and click Save. The view appears in the Your Views section of the Views drop-down menu and can now be set as a Shared View.
Create an Issue Tracking View
- On the right side of the Task Tracker, select the Configure Columns icon .
- In the Configure Columns modal, reconfigure the columns to the following order: Type, Title (required), Tags, Assignees, Status, Start, and Due.
- Click Apply. The Configure Columns modal closes.
- On the left side of the screen, click Filters to open the Select filters modal.
- In the Fields section, select Type.
- In the Type section that appears, select Issue.
- Click Apply Filters. The Select Filters modal closes.
- On the left side of the screen, click the Views drop-down menu, and select Save View As.
- In the Save New View window, enter a name in the View Name field and click Save. The view appears in the Your Views section of the Views drop-down menu and can now be set as a Shared View.
Create a Task Progress View
- On the right side of the Task Tracker, select the Configure Columns icon .
- In the Configure Columns modal, reconfigure the columns to the following order: Type, Title (required), Tags, Assignees, Status, % Done, Billable Hours, Task Est. Hours, Start, and Due.
- Click Apply. The Configure Columns modal closes.
- On the left side of the screen, click the Views drop-down menu, and select Save View As.
- In the Save New View window, enter a name in the View Name field and click Save. The view appears in the Your Views section of the Views drop-down menu and can now be set as a Shared View.
Create a Task Finances View
- On the right side of the Task Tracker, select the Configure Columns icon .
- In the Configure Columns modal, reconfigure the columns to the following order: Type, Title (required), Assignees, Status, Actual Fees, Task Budget, Invoiced, Task Est. Hours, and Due.
- Click Apply. The Configure Columns modal closes.
- On the left side of the screen, click the Views drop-down menu, and select Save View As.
- In the Save New View window, enter a name in the View Name field and click Save. The view appears in the Your Views section of the Views drop-down menu and can now be set as a Shared View.
Create a Resource Scheduling View
- On the right side of the Task Tracker, select the Configure Columns icon .
- In the Configure Columns modal, reconfigure the columns to the following order: Type, Title (required), Task Est. Hours, Task Budget, Start, Due, and Assignees.
- Click Apply. The Configure Columns modal closes.
- On the left side of the screen, click the Views drop-down menu, and select Save View As.
- In the Save New View window, enter a name in the View Name field and click Save. The view appears in the Your Views section of the Views drop-down menu and can now be set as a Shared View.
