Adding Google Domain Users to Kantata OX

Overview

When Kantata OX’s account-wide Google Workspace integration is activated, you can quickly and easily invite your Google Domain users to your Kantata OX account, either in bulk or one at a time.

How to Invite Google Domain Users to Kantata OX

1. In Kantata’s left navigation, hover over Settings and select Members.
   In the top-right corner of the Account Members page, click the Invite users from [domain name] Google Workspace link.
   
2. On the Google Apps Provisioning page, you’ll see a list of your Google Domain users. Select the checkbox next to each user you want to invite to your account.
   
3. Click Invite. An email invitation containing login instructions are sent to the users.
   Note: The list of available Google Domain users that appear on this page will automatically update as users are added or removed in your Google Workspace account.

Troubleshooting

If the account-wide integration is not properly configured, attempting to access the Google Apps Provisioning page to invite your Google Domain users will result in an error message. If this message appears in your account, it’s recommended to verify that the correct Client ID and all required scopes were entered correctly in your Google Workspace Admin console.
