Overview
With Kantata OX’s Google Contacts integration, you can more easily communicate with your team members with the click of a few buttons. Quickly create and reply to project posts without needing to copy and paste the project workspace email every time. Additionally, creating a Google Contact for a project ensures that no communications will be accidentally sent to your spam folder since the project email is already a trusted contact.
Lastly, the Google Contacts integration allows you to select your Google Contacts when you invite a user to a project.
To learn how to activate Google Contacts, see the Google Workspace Integration Overview article.

How to Create a Post Using a Project Google Contact
Before You Start
- Create a Google Contact for your project.
- Log in to your Gmail account.
- On the left side of the screen, click Compose. A new email window appears.
- In the new email window, type the project name into the Recipients field.
- Select the Google Contact for that project in the drop-down that appears.
- Enter the post content in the email body.
-
