Navigate the Google Drive Integration

The Google Drive integration allows you to share Drive files anywhere you can make a post in the project workspace.

If your Kantata OX and Google accounts are not yet integrated, reference the Google Workspace Integration Overview article.

How to Use the Kantata OX Google Drive Integration

1. Navigate to a Post field in your project workspace.
2. Adjust privacy permissions as necessary.
3. Below the Post field, click Attach Google Files.
4. A pop-up displays. Find your file and click Select.
5. Adjust the permission level (view/comment/edit).
6. Upload more files if needed, and click Done.
7. Click Post.
