Overview
With Custom Workweeks, Account Administrators can create Account Default Workweeks—defining the number of hours per day and which days are workdays for all account members. And for those that are working a different schedule, the account default can be easily overridden from the Account Member side panel to create a custom workweek at the user level.
The Resource Center automatically accounts for Custom Workweeks when calculating the available hours of each of your resources; you’ll quickly see which ones have the bandwidth to work on projects, and which ones are overallocated.
Custom Workweeks also allows you to tailor Kantata OX’s real-time Utilization report to the realities of your business regardless of whether your entire team works the same schedule.
INFO
Each team members' available capacity (i.e., workweek hours) is determined by custom/default workweeks, time off, and holiday calendars.

- Click Use Custom Workweeks.
- To adjust the 40-hour default workweek that's added by default, click on each day individually and modify the number of hours for the days you want to change. Remember that you can add more custom workweeks and make changes at the user level later on.
Note: All hours entered will automatically round up to the nearest minute. For example, entering7.26
on a day will round to7h 16
