Access Group Set: Kantata AI

Overview

This access group set allows you to control who can access the Expertise Agent and Agent Studio and what actions they can take.

Account Administrators do not have access to the Expertise Agent and Agent Studio by default and must be added to a custom Access Group with these permissions checked.

Expertise Agent Access

• Interact with the Expertise Agent—If checked, members of this group can use the Expertise Agent.

Agent Builder Access

• View custom agents—If checked, members of this group can access the Agent Studio and view the configuration of custom agents.
• Build custom agents—If checked, members of this group can create and publish custom agents.
