Overview
Integrate Concur with Kantata OX to link Concur’s robust travel and expense capabilities with Kantata's comprehensive project management and resource planning solution.
Concur provides a robust set of expense reporting features that many companies rely on. This integration allows companies to continue using Concur for expense reporting, while gaining the ability to see the impact of project-based expenses on the financial health of the project.
Benefits
The integration facilitates accurate project accounting by bringing approved expense reports from Concur into Kantata OX to provide visibility into the total amount of expenses logged against a project in relation to the total budget.
Project Managers can see in one place all time and expense information for a project. Previously, this would require visiting both Kantata OX and Concur.
Getting Started
The Concur integration requires a Concur account with Web Services enabled. To get started, please reach out to Customer Success or the Support team.
Scenarios
There are two pre-built scenarios available for this integration:
- Concur Expense Report to Mavenlink Expenses—This scenario syncs Concur expense reports to Kantata OX as expenses.
- Mavenlink Workspaces to Concur Project List Items—This scenario syncs all Kantata OX project workspaces with the Project List Items in Concur.
Configuration Options
- Kantata OX Administrators can choose the Concur List field in which to store the Kantata Project list
- Kantata OX Administrators can choose which Concur status is considered “approved”
- Kantata OX Administrators can choose with Concur field indicates whether the expense is “billable”
