Requirements
Before you can create scenarios, you must create your mappings first.
How to Create Scenarios
- Log in to M-Bridge.
- Navigate to Xero > Settings. The Scenarios screen displays.
- Click Add one now or the Add Scenario button. The Create a new Scenario page displays.
- Select the Type of Scenario you want to create from the drop-down list.
- Define your scenario. The following are common fields for all scenarios:
- Select the same Service and Organization as the mapping(s) to be used in the scenario.
- Choose to Filter by Project to specify criteria for projects to send to the Xero organization.
- To specify criteria, enter filters in the Project Filters field. Any project field in the Mavenlink UI can be added as a filter by using its query parameters in the API documentation.
If adding more than one filter, separate them using an ampersand (“&”). - Click Save Scenario.
How to Edit Scenarios
- Log in to M-Bridge.
- Navigate to Xero > Settings. The Scenarios page displays.
- Find the row of the Scenario you would like to edit.
- On the right end of the row, click the drop-down arrow next to the Sync button.
- Click Edit. The Edit Scenario page displays.
- Update fields as needed.
- Click Save Scenario.
