Kantata Academy

Overview

Kantata offers training programs and courses to meet your needs and help you effectively manage projects and resources. In the Kantata Academy, you can learn best practices, train your team at scale, and be confident that you are using Kantata OX effectively. With a searchable tutorial library, a catalog of on-demand self-paced eLearning courses, and certifications, the Academy has all the resources you need to help your team reinforce their knowledge, build valuable skills, and get the most out of your Kantata investment.

There are 3 main pages in the Kantata Academy—all of which can be accessed at any time from the navigation bar at the top of the page:

  • Home—From the Home page, you can choose to browse resources based on resource type or only register for training that is relevant to your role.

  • Catalog—The Catalog page includes all resources and allows you to use the filters on the left to narrow your view to relevant options.

  • My Dashboard—The My Dashboard page is where you can see and access the courses you are registered for. You can also manage your course notifications and edit profile information.

How to Create Your Account

  1. To create your account on the Kantata Academy, go to academy.kantata.com and click on the Sign Up option.

  2. In the Sign Up form, select OX from the Product drop-down and fill out all other information.

  3. Review the Terms of Use and click the Agree to Terms of Use checkbox.
  4. When finished, click Sign Up to create your Kantata Academy account.

How to Find Training Resources

  1. After logging in to academy.kantata.com, select Kantata OX to go to the OX Home page.
  2. If you want to register for a specific type of resource, select an option from the Explore Training Resources section:
    • eLearning Courses
    • Guides
    • Searchable Tutorial Library
    • Certifications

  3. If you want to explore resources tailored to your specific needs, scroll down to the Discover by Role section and select any tile to see a filtered view of resources.

  4. If you want to browse the full catalog of resources, select Catalog in the navigation bar at the top of the page, then use the search and filters on the left side to identify resources for your role and experience level.

How to Register for Kantata Academy Courses

  1. Log in to academy.kantata.com.
  2. Click the tile for the desired course to open the course page, then select Register. The page updates and you can start the course.

  3. Once enrolled, go to My Dashboard to access course information.

  4. Use the checkboxes in the Receive notifications column to opt in or out of notifications.
